Are you ready to be a part of the enchanting world of luxury and sophistication? Hotel 717, nestled in the heart of PrinsenGracht, is inviting passionate individuals to join our team as Receptionist at our 5-star boutique haven.

As a Receptionist at Hotel 717, you'll be the welcoming face of this luxurious hotel. Your role will include greeting guests with a warm smile, handling their inquiries with care, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout your shift. You'll be key in assisting guests arriving late or leaving early, helping to create a memorable and pleasant experience for everyone.

Position: Receptionist

Location: Prinsengracht, Amsterdam

Part-Time: 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week

Responsibilities:

• Make our guests feel extra special with a warm and seamless check-in experience, turning every stay into a cherished memory
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with precision using the MEWS system
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain the high standards of a 5-star hotel with a strong focus on hospitality
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition between day and night shifts
• Manage the hotel email and ensure reception is well-stocked
• Ensure the safety and security of our luxurious haven during the night

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred 
• A 5 star hotel attitude with a strong emphasis on customer service
• Hospitable and proactive, anticipating and meeting guest needs seamlessly
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and resolve issues effectively
• MEWS proficiency preferred but not essential - we provide stellar training
