Responsibilities:

• Checking-in and checking-out your guests;
• Receiving and handling reservations;
• Coordinating and organising guest requests;
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails;
• Providing useful information about the hotel, the city and nice things to do;
• Listen to the guests and providing them answers/ solutions in difficult situations;
• Handle front office administration.

Requirements:

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, while other languages will be advantageous.
• Proactive attitude, you take initiative and are always eager to contribute to the team's success.
• Being a collaborative team player is at the core of your personality.
• Passion for hospitality, your genuine love for hospitality will shine through in every interaction with our guests.

• Flexible schedule, shifts from 07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00
• Hour rate: From €17,90 (incl 8,33% monthly holiday pay and holidays 10,82%)
