We are currently seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team at Hotel 717 and uphold our commitment to providing unparalleled service to our esteemed guests.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and act as an ambassador of our hotel. You will provide a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring that our guests feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive. You will be an all-hands-on-deck team member, assisting with any tasks that may arise.
 

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
• Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
• Book restaurants and recommend fine dining options to guests
• Provide information about local attractions, events, and transportation
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
• Provide a gracious farewell upon departure including escorting guests to the car or taxi and providing any assistance required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Fluent in English, Dutch and other additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays 
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction

• Flexible schedule, shifts from 23:00-0700
• Hour rate: From €17,90 (incl 8,33% monthly holiday pay and holidays 10,82%)
